Information for pupils on our careers programme:

Destination Data 2023-2024

Formal Hampshire Futures destination data does not come out until the Summer of 2025, however, with our diligent tracking process, the current data is as follows (as of September 2024);

  • Post 16 Provision & No. of Pupils:
  • College 8
  • Work 2
  • Other Training Provider 1
  • NEET 4

Currently 73% of the 2023-2024 cohort are in some form of education or training. 27% of pupils are confirmed as Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) or we have been unable to gain this information as to their current post 16 provision. Our aim is to ensure no pupil is a NEET. Actions we have taken and are taking to reduce this number are: - Risk of NEET pupils top of priority list for the Careers Lead / Hampshire Futures support in Autumn and Spring terms. - Contact made for every ex-Year 11 pupil re: post 16 provision and offer of support where required including referral to Hampshire Futures Education Participation Team. Plus contact made with Hampshire Central Record for any other update.

Information for Parents

Parents tend to be unfamiliar with this route for their children.
